In segment one, Barry Lynn interviews Bethany Moore, the Communications Project Manager for NCIA, "The National Cannabis Industry Association". Together, they explore the expansion of marijuana legalization under state laws and the conflict between state and federal laws that have evolved too slow to prevent the needless arrest and incarceration of far too many American citizens. In segment two, Barry Lynn interviews Dr. Joanne Lynn, a nationally acclaimed expert on the subject of aging and end of life care in America.

Dr. Lynn is the author of more than 250 articles and a dozen books on palliative and end of life care. She is an elected member of the Institute of Medicine, Master in the American College of Physicians, Fellow of both the America Geriatrics Society and Hastings Center, where she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in Ethics and Life Sciences, and faculty member of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Previously a medical officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), she helped craft 2010-2011 CMS reforms relating to care transitions, post-hospital, long-term care, home hospice and community settings. Dr. Lynn received an MS in Evaluative Clinical Sciences, MA in Philosophy and Social Sciences and MD at Boston University.

During her interview, Mrs. Lynn gives an "F" grade to the American heath care system, pointing out that The Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as "Obama Care", did nothing to address end of life issues. In this video Dr. Lynn discusses the subject that we all must face, eventually.
