Gina Forsyth is one of America's greatest wizards on the fiddle and guitar, with a dedication to the preservation and enhancement of Cajun music.  Her fiddling can be heard on the recordings of the legendary rock band Mamou and works by Tom Paxton, Peter Yarrow and the Burns Sisters.  Her clever and provocative songwriting is also found on three solo albums and three records as part of the feminist folk trio The Malvinas.

She and Barry explore the religious and gospel roots of her music, her distaste for many politicians, and what Mardi Gras is really all about.

Rosemary Gibson is a nationally recognized authority on health care and author of a number of award-winning books on Medicare, medical errors and the overuse of medical care.  She is also a Senior Advisor to the Hastings Center.

For Medicine which is a provocative look at the largely unexplored dangers of US reliance on prescription and the over-the-counter medications with components made in China. That nation has a remarkably lax system for evaluation of the health risks of pharmaceutical products, permitting toxic chemicals to poison users. This is coupled with governmental policies to fix prices so low that other nations cannot compete and then drastically raise prices when China becomes the sole source for those products. She and Barry also explore what remedies could be undertaken by US officials to permit things from getting even worse.
